About This Team
Santana Coleman
Co-Creator
Santana Coleman is the Co-Producer at 371 Productions on the feature length Documentary ‘When Claude Got Shot.’ She has a BA in Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She is a member of the newly established Milwaukee Filmmakers Alliance and serves on the board of their Diversity Committee. She is also a member of The Milwaukee Urban League Young professionals and FUEL Milwaukee; organizations dedicated to connect and serve young professionals in Milwaukee WI through social and networking events. More recently, she joined a Producers Fellowship under Black Public Media where she will be mentored by a seasoned filmmaker in the making of her own film, Black Girl Training.
Emily KuesterCo-Creator
Even from a young age, Emily knew that she wanted to be a storyteller. Fast forward 18 years, and I was accepted into the Film Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Since then, she’s been dedicated to learn and master the art of filmmaking, and finding ways to tell stories through her unique lens. For the past two and a half years, Emily has been working at 371 Productions, a production company in downtown Milwaukee. 371 is dedicated to creating films focused on social justice and contributing to the common good. She has also worked on numerous fiction short films and assisted in the creation of another feature-length film due for release in Spring of 2020. She has finished the production of her first short film, Without Further Adieu, a one-take, short film about the end of the world.
Jazmine Henley-Brown
Writer
Jazmine Henley-Brown is a Content Creator from Milwaukee, WI, currently residing in Atlanta. Her background includes, hosting and producing the #20SomethingSeries podcast, founding and producing the Milwaukee Podcast Festival & owning and operating Henley Brown Media Group, LLC. Acclaimed for her work as the Executive Producer of the #1 Digital Morning Radio Show in Atlanta, The ShakeUP, Head of Podcasts at Boss FM and writing featured on Blavity.com, Vibe.com, VibeVixen.com & more, Jazmine Henley-Brown is no stranger to creating relatable and easy to digest content. In 2017, she launched Henley Brown Media Group with the Milwaukee Podcast Festival, a festival in her hometown to showcase local, independent podcasts featuring the Brilliant Idiots with Charlamagne Tha God and Andrew Schulz as the headliner. Currently, she is lending her writing skills to the TV and Film industry, as the writer of the short film Black Girl Training and developing other exciting original content.

Brad Lichtenstein is an award-winning filmmaker & president of 371 Productions. He’s won two Duponts: one for the recent Al Jazeera America series Hard Earned (produced by Kartemquin Films) and another for his 2001 film Ghosts of Attica (produced with Lumiere Productions). His 2012 movie As Goes Janesville (PBS/Independent Lens) was nominated for a News & Doc Emmy. Penelope, his film about a nursing home that performs the Odyssey from Penelope's point of view, aired on PBS in 2015. 371’s Wisconsin's Mining Standoff, premiered in June 2014 on Al Jazeera America's Fault Lines and streams on Al Jazeera English. He’s the executive producer of "Precious Lives", a Peabody-nominated radio/podcast and print series about young people & gun violence. His first virtual reality film, Across the Line, about accessing abortion amid hostile protests, premiered at Sundance in 2016 and is playing all major festivals. There Are Jews Here, premiered at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival in July of 2016. 371’s tech projects include BizVizz, a corporate accountability app available for iPhones. 371 is in development on American Reckoning, a feature doc about unsolved civil rights era murders. When Claude Got Shot, a feature doc about race and gun violence in America, is in production. Brad’s also produced for Frontline and Bill Moyers. His work is supported by Bader Philanthropies, Blue Mountain Center, Creative Capital, the Fetzer Institute, The Forward Fund, ITVS, the Ford, HKH, MacArthur, Nathan Cummings, Retirement Research & Tides Foundations, as well as the IDA and Mary L. Nohl Fellowship. Brad is the founder of docUWM, a documentary program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Dana Shihadah
Director of Photographer
Dana Shihadah is a filmmaker and emerging cinematographer whose work includes documentaries, narrative films, music videos, and commercials. Her personal work has landed her awards from Best Director to Jury Best Short and has screened across the globe. Her most recent cinematography undertaking has been partnering with director Carol Brandt for the feature film "Pet Names" which premiered at the 2018 SXSW Film Festival.
Having been born in the American Midwest and spending childhood in the Middle East has offered Dana an unconventional upbringing while lending a unique lens for her shooting style; graceful, attentive, courageously human.
