Mission Statement
Our most visible on-screen talents come from diverse backgrounds. Amir Mo (The Sex Addict) is of Iranian descent whereas Takayo Fischer (Moneyball, Pirates of the Caribbean) and Ken Takemoto (Transformers, Moana) are Japanese and come from an older age bracket that is often underrepresented in film.About The Project
BYE, ALICIA is a romantic-comedy about a man-boy named Sam Moosey who lives off a steady diet of Mountain Dew and online gaming while living under the rule of his adoptive Japanese parents, Hanzo & Maiko.
Like Jason Segal in FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL, Sam Moosey also has trouble letting go of his ex-girlfriend -- named Alicia. Despite his sometimes unintentional insensitivity, Sam is a big softy who still suffers from PTSD from the last Call of Duty tournament he took part in.
At the behest of his parents, Sam downloads a sketchy dating app where he meets a rough-around-the-edges tomboy chick with a "I don't give a f***" attitude named Edith.
That goes pretty well up until lying whore aka ex-girlfriend Alicia, comes clawing back into the picture and that's where things start to get interesting.
Man, woman, teenager, dog, whatever. You should contribute to this project if you've ever had a rough time getting over someone you really love. We know you moved on. But, your heart didn't. The struggle is real. This is an ode to all the "it's complicated" relationships and an apology letter to all those we shortchanged because we weren't quite over our exes.

AMIR MO - Writer/Co-Director/Lead Actor
Amir Mo is an experienced and produced comedy writer who after working in network television on a number of notable programs at NBCUniversal, went on to land a worldwide distribution deal with Gravitas Ventures for his indie feature-comedy hit of 2017, “The Sex Addict,” which features notable talents such as Horatio Sanz (Saturday Night Live), Ken Davitian (Borat), Bryan Callen (MADtv), and Mary Carey (Howard Stern) and is currently available on most major platforms.
JONATHAN COCCO - Co-Director
Jonathan Cocco is a writer/Director best know for creating the Indie Vision Project.
Working extensively with top level YouTubers, Social Media Stars and quality traditional talent, as the director of choice, Jonathan has helped create many of the top performing & viewed indie films on their channels and works extensively with an ever expanding group.
Mike DeMille - Producer
Mike is a music and film producer, and founder of DeMille Productions, based in the North Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Mike works to promote increased equality in the industry and actively advocates for women in film. He has a background in car racing and is a union stunt driver.
