Mission Statement

As a film and Media Productions major at Arizona State University, my goal is to create stories that highlight the importance of inclusion. With my storytelling skills, I want to create stories that shine light on underrepresented individuals and tell stories through a unique lens of inclusion.

The Story

We are very excited to officially announce the making of our upcoming short film: SIN JUZGAR!! Coming Fall 2022!!

We are asking FRIENDS, FAMILY and COMMUNITY for their support during our production journey! HOW CAN YOU HELP? Help us raise the necessary funds we need to bring our story to life through a generous CONTIBUTION!! All commitments will be used toward all film expenses including the following:

- Equipment Rentals, Wardrobe, Props, Set Designs, Gas, Raffles, Food and more! We are looking forward to your commitments, all contributions will be accepted and greatly appreciated!!

More about SIN JUZGAR:

The story revolves around a young college student named Alberto who is struggling to emotionally let go of what has been his childhood home for the past 20 years. Shortly after an intense argument with his parents, Alberto discovers the truth behind his inability to detach from his childhood home.

The film is a coming-of-age story that centers on the importance of letting go of emotional traumas. Moreover, the film highlights on many important topics surrounding the LGBTQ community, the Hispanic community and what it means to face a language barrier as an immigrant in the United States.

Safety On Set:

We are very much aware that the COVID-19 Pandemic is still evolving and posing major health threats to our communities. To ensure the safety of our crew and cast, we will be requiring negative test results 24 hours before the initiation of our shooting dates. We will also provide "Instant COVID-19 test kits" for any member who may need to be tested beforehand.

In addition, all individuals attending our set, will be required to always wear a mask except for our performing actors/actresses during filming. Everyone will also be required to socially distance themselves when possible. Our set will also provide everyone with access to a handwashing sink along with soap, including hand-sanitizer. Lastly, we are asking everyone on our team to take good care of themselves before the start of our filming process and to notify us if they experience any symptoms.

Wrap Up:

We are extremely thankful for everyone's support and for helping us raise the necessary funds we need to bring Sin Juzgar to life! Please stay tune on our filmmaking process by following our social media platforms, including our website.

We are very excited and again, thank you all for your support!
