SANTA IS DEAD!
In a pre-Christmas flight test, Santa has died and the Santa Replacement Council (Jesus, Zeus, Harriet Tubman and a lesbian named Linda) finds a last minute substitute in Nicholas J. Grump, who has promised to "make Christmas great again" by putting all LGBTQ people on the dreaded naughty list!!!

Absolutely horrified, Mrs. Claus (played by drag icon Sherry Vine) taps her best gay elf--Jangle--and best gay toy soldier--Fritz--to head into the real world and find a better Santa, while back at the North Pole Mrs. Claus seeks to impeach the bad Santa.

Hijinks, hookups and romance ensue as Jangle and Fritz race the clock to save queer Christmas.

Beyond making audiences laugh out loud, we are seeking to make a queer Christmas classic that will become a holiday tradition for the LGBTQ community. By funding today, you'll help us build the sets and costumes needed in advance of filming in fall 2026. While we are seeking $5,000 for a preproduction budget, we have a stretch goal of $10,000 to help clothe as many elves and toy soldiers as we possibly can.
