The Story
The Story:
On the surface, nothing is ever what it seems to be. This story beautifully exposes the battles we keep hidden from everyone. I'd love for people to find their ah-ha moment or get some sort of catharsis from my film. I'd love to be given this platform to express myself and have my voice heard.
The Inspiration:
I saw the finale of season 6 of Game Of Thrones and there was a very violent, destructive scene in the beginning and the composer of the show decided to play a classical song in the background. The juxtaposition between this very vicious attack with this beautifully slow and melodic song in the background was absolutely mesmerizing that it inspired me to write this story.
I chose to expose the hidden battles people go through because, especially NOW with everything that's going on, there is a lot of hate in the world. I wrote this film to shed light on the fact that we are all connected in some type of way. There should be more love going around to help heal all the troubles everyone secretly go though, instead of turning the other cheek.
