Too many young women believe they can take the “easy road” to get what they want. Such is the case with beautiful and talented Lauren Washington. Lauren decides to blackmail a new employee to get him to do her bidding and she gets more than she bargained for.

Story
About The Project
Successful business mogul Bob Morton is thrilled to be preparing to say “I do” to Lauren, the beautiful love of his life and an executive at his company, Morton Enterprises. He’s dropped a small fortune on their engagement party, which the couple throws just before Bob has to fly out of town to attend an important business meeting. Unbeknownst to Bob or to either of their family and friends, Lauren doesn’t feel the same way about Bob, but she puts up a good front. After she marries Bob, Lauren knows she will have the unlimited resources she wants – and needs – in order to help her lover on the side, Lewis, a professional basketball player whose playing days are about to end.
I want to see this movie made because it has an important story to tell. In today's world, too many young people want instant gratification. Instead of working for what they want, they'd rather lie, cheat and steal to get ahead, regardless of the consequences. Some people, also, would rather "sleep their way to the top."
This movie will show that, yes, there are shortcuts in life, but sometimes, it doesn't pay to take shortcuts. If you really want something that's long lasting, it pays to work for it because then you know it's truly yours.

Current Team
About This Team
Terri Lee is a writer, producer and director, with experience working in radio, TV, print and short film. Prior to writing the screenplay for “THINK,” Terri wrote, produced and directed the popular short film “Quickee Loob,” a comedy about a day in the life of the employees–and one wanna-be employee–of a neighborhood oil change shop. Quickee Loob was named an Official Selection of the Trinity Film Coalition Filmmaker’s Lounge, the Riverside-Saginaw Film Festival and the Englewood Film Festival. Following its Detroit premiere, Quickee Loob was shown to two packed screenings at the Emagine Theatre in Novi, Mich.
Over the course of her career, Terri has worked for ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates, as well as for the former On Detroit section of The Detroit News as a featured columnist.
Currently, in addition to being an independent filmmaker, Terri is a writer/producer/reporter for the CBS-owned, award-winning WWJ Newsradio 950. She is also a guest MC (movie critic) for CriticLee Speaking, which can be seen on WJBK-TV, Fox 2, in Detroit.
As the movie critic for the radio station and WWJ.com, she covers Red Carpet screenings and interviews A-list Hollywood celebrities. She also maintains her own blog covering Entertainment News for the CBS Detroit website and is a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association, the largest film critics association in the U.S. and Canada; the Detroit Film Critics Society; and the African American Film Critics Association.
Publicist Tonya Shirelle is a best-selling author, freelance journalist and speaker. She is a Detroit native with over 25 years experience in public relations. After working for several Fortune 500 companies including McDonald’s Corporation and Kmart Corporation, Tonya pursued her passion for entrepreneurship and has subsequently owned and operated ES Communications Agency; a full service public relations firm. Her diverse global clientele includes celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. Tonya uses her out-of-the-box public relations strategies to build successful PR campaigns, and create compelling strategies.
Sylvia Crawford is one of the producers of Think. She also helped to produce Quickee Loob and is excited about spreading the word about Think and, ultimately, seeing it up on the big screen.
Dexter Chandler started in the entertainment industry more than 25 years ago as a professional DJ. Over the course of his career, he's worked for radio stations throughout Michigan and in Tennessee. He served as the voice of the DJ in Quickee Loob, and is currently helping to raise funding for Think. He, too, is excited about seeing the film on the big screen.
