Hey, I'm Nessy!
I will have the image the size you need on my blog. I will write a post up all about it on my blog once I get all my photos together. I used Art Glitter Glue to add glue to my piece and I applied both red and crystal glitters (refer to photos for placement). Red leaves, ivory pom poms, peppermint bakers twine and aqua organza ribbon, really add to my retro Vintage Christmas ornament. So todays creation is a Vintage Chic Christmas Ornament. This is a super easy ornament that you can make. Its super easy, quick and fun to do. Its fun and quick and even my 19 year old loved it to make and give to her college friends at their costume party. This is how you build a national party. 3 Build Your OWN Options - you can pick and choose what YOU want with an option for no price caps! And, it just so happens that Bonnie is having a great End of the Year Sale through midnight tonight, so you can save 20% off the regular price if you order by then. And, now for the rest of the story. Although you could! Because now theres a digital sewing pattern in my shops for you: Etsy and Craftsy. In a way its easier now as I can cut and paste from old blog posts but perhaps because of that repetition its not such a pleasure. In a nutshell, I used GIMP to size my images, then cut them out, used my Perfect Layers ruler to create my paper layers, adhered them with scor tape, added some glue, glitter and my fabby RRR goodies. Which was easy to tie, because I used my fabby new Bow it All tool. The Fabby Ribbons and Trims are from Really Reasonable Ribbon, glitters from Art Glitter and images from Gecko Galz. Really Reasonable Ribbon goodies: Juliet Lace, Moss leaves and Latte buttons, Pink Diagonal ribbon, Edna crochet lace and Scor tape. How? Well, by stamping on ribbon, of course! Let it dry for a second or two (or you can use your heat gun if you are careful) and your ribbon is ready to tie. But I didnt let myself use it until after Christmas, so it felt like a Christmas present! Many people use Google Docs for this, though I find the interface a bit confusing. Most people are scanners. I dont usually work that way - Im one of those people who like to finish a piece before I get diverted by something new and more exciting. I shouted because I had received a heart-wrenching e-mail from a family in Germany who wanted to call Easton their son. I call it my fun fold design. This is a fun style of card to make. I used ivory card stock for my piece that I used with my spellbinder die. I found a tape measure stamp in my stash and pulled out my Monarch Orange Archival ink and went to town to create this custom ribbon for my stylish card. I found this wonderful cream seam binding in my stash of Really Reasonable ribbon. After saying hello to the staff and volunteers Tony followed me to the room where the exhibit was and we found it to be very interesting. Verb. Granted, there is that annoying little 3rd person singular -s ending that complicates the matters, but research has convincingly shown that its acquired invariably late - both in L1 and L2 speakers (see Goldschneider & DeKeyser, 2001 for meta-analysis).
