ALWAYS ENOUGH: A Short Film Exploring Self-Worth and Healing
What if everything you believed about yourself was a lie?
Always Enough is a psychological short film that delves into the internal battle between self-worth and self-doubt. Through striking visuals and poetic narration, we follow a woman confronting the lies that have shaped her identity; lies born from trauma, isolation, and loss.
With a rich, artistic visual style and symbolic elements like the phoenix (rebirth) and the lotus (resilience), Always Enough is an emotional journey toward self-acceptance, healing, and freedom.
Why This Story Matters
Hi, I’m Regina Oliver, an actress, producer, and storyteller. Always Enough is deeply personal, rooted in witnessing peoples journey through loss and self-doubt. As a female filmmaker, I’m passionate about telling stories that uplift, challenge, and inspire.
Why This Film?
Because too many people suffer in silence, questioning their worth. Always Enough is more than a film, it’s a mirror for anyone who has ever felt unseen or unheard. Through psychological realism and symbolic imagery, we remind viewers: There is beauty in breaking and power in rising again.

The conversation around mental health, self-worth, and healing is more urgent than ever. With this film, we aim to foster connection and empathy, reminding audiences that they are never alone in their struggles.

Regina Oliver is a skilled producer and writer known for crafting powerful, emotionally resonant narratives. As a member of the Viacom team, she brings professional expertise and industry insight to every project, blending creativity with a sharp producing acumen.
Currently producing the short film Always Enough, Regina merges her artistic vision with years of experience to tell stories that explore themes of self-worth, healing, and resilience. Her work is driven by a passion for meaningful storytelling and a commitment to creating films that leave a lasting impact.

Keegan Love-Jones is a visionary filmmaker known for crafting bold, emotionally resonant narratives. Zhuolin Hong is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker and Director of Photography, originally from Guangzhou, China. He earned his BFA in Film in Colorado after attending high school in New York. Currently, he works with Paramount’s Multiplatform Group, contributing to productions for Paramount Pictures, CBS, Showtime, MTV, BET, and more. His personal work has been showcased at the Denver Film Festival, Rhode Island International Film Festival, and the VETTY Awards®.
Co-Producer & Key Grip – Chris Rouse
Chris Rouse is a visionary director and producer known for his bold storytelling and cinematic precision. As the founder of DVI Studios in Los Angeles, CA, he has built a powerhouse production company specializing in dynamic, high-quality content for film, television, and digital platforms.

As an actor, he is recognized for his role as Young Schmidt on New Girl (2013) and has appeared in films such as Time Toys (2016), The Babysitter (2017), and Larry Gaye: Renegade Male Flight Attendant (2015). His television credits include guest appearances on The Middle, About a Boy, See Dad Run, and The Jeselnik Offensive.
In addition to his on-screen work, Samuel is an accomplished cinematographer with a passion for visual storytelling. He holds the distinction of being the youngest ARRI-certified professional in ALEXA and AMIRA camera systems and is a student member of the Society of Camera Operators.
