The Story

CHLOE SAVES CHRISTMAS is the courageous Yuletide saga of Chloe Papp, a bashful maiden from Nutley, New Jersey, who spends her nights slinging pancakes at IHOP and selling fart jars on OnlyFans. Every December she waits for Santa, but her stocking never gets stuffed, and she never gets Santa’s warm milk. Sad!
Furious, Chloe ventures to New York with her probably gay boyfriend Kirill to confront Santa about her missing presents—only to learn he’s been kidnapped by Gary, a Satanic Ivy-League octopus, Christmas is in peril, and Chloe’s on the naughty list.
GASP!
Along the way she’s joined by Rudolph the Reindeer and Bernadette, a lesbian life coach. But as Christmas Eve draws near and Santa remains trapped in Gary’s tentacles, Chloe must lean on her friends, trust her wits (and farts), and ultimately discover the true meaning of Christmas in order to save the day.
And yes—after reading this, you may be wondering why on earth we’re putting on this play. You may even be questioning why audiences have come back for three years in a row. This year, we invite you find out for yourself!

For many of us, Chloe Saves Christmas represents something simple: a story that reflects who we are in our natural holiday habitat—messy, unshowered, wolfing down lukewarm waffle fries in bed while our dads yell at us to get it together because Nana is coming over soon and she’s pissed you never call.
It's easy to see why this play has built a cult following. It offers a space where people can be their whole, problematic selves and reminds us that sometimes the most human thing you can do is embrace an absurd idea.

Why donate to such a play?
Because in this current climate of censorship, social, and political divide, we have an opportunity to find something that unites us. That something just happens to be this play. Campaign perks are great, and so are Christmas presents. But you know what's even better? Spending quality time with friends and family, and building community.
We can build a community that works for everyone, but we have to try.
And if nothing else, Chloe is down to try.
Additionally, producing in New York City is expensive, and we are dedicated to paying people what their time is worth. Your contributions will go toward paying a team of 25 people, all devoting hundreds of hours to the production, including designers, producers, social media managers, graphic designers, videographers, and actors to bring you the best Christmas ever!
Check out our expense breakdown below for our two-week off-off-Broadway run in December!
After looking at that big pie chart, you may be (1) getting hungry and (2) wondering what's in it for you???
Luck you, we have some amazing PERKS that you can access by contributing today!
Check 'em out to the right!
