The film is a satirical look at lesbians dating in their 40s.
The film is a romantic comedy with fantasy elements.
80'S VIBES!!! We want to re-captcher all the fun feelings of a 80s rom-coms.
Lisa Haas
She is attached to play Stephanie, Erica's best friend. She is known for Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same (2011), The Foxy Merkins (2013)and Catfight (2016)
Jackie Monahan
She is playing Erica the marine biologist and she is known for Wild Nights with Emily (2018), The Never List (2020) and Honey and Clover: A Recipe for Disaster (2019).
Haviland Stillwell
She is playing Marina the mermaid, she is an Actor, Singer, Director, Writer and Producer, whose work has been performed on Broadway, TV, Film, and in Voiceover. She has been in BIFLE (2019) Freelancers Anonymous (2018) Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse (2012-2015)
Jill Benett
She is playing Cilla, Erica's ex-girlfriend. She is know for the sexy romantic comedy And Than Came Lola (2009 and the action flick In Her Line of Fire (2006), alongside Mariel Hemingway as well as Here TV's Dante's Cove (2004), she guest-starred on Logo's Rick & Steve the Happiest Gay Couple in All the World (2007), and co-executive produced and starred in her own award-winning series, We Have to Stop Now (2009)
Principal photography for Fishy will take place in Pleasanton, CA and is scheduled for August 13, 2023.
