THE STORY
Friends, Sex & Altitude follows a friend group of twenty somethings, Clover, Sabrina, Vivianne, Evan, and Lola as they romanticize their lives in Colorado. Each character grapples with their own challenges; relationships, financial hardships, work, and the delusion you'll have it figured out by 25.
Throughout the course of the season each character learns more about themselves and their relationships, leaning on each other to support every “wrong decision” they might make or the ones they already have made. Navigating new love interests, old ones, unexpected pregnancy, and changing relationship dynamics within their friend group.
Friends, Sex and Altitude has a very specific visual language, think the glamour of Sex and the City mixed with the mountains and city of Colorado as the backdrop. It’s bright, colorful, and will sure to make you want to go shopping just like the girls in the show.
THE SETTING
The setting is critical to the show, the quaint, colorful streets of Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Downtown COS will provide the perfect backdrop to the show. We plan to shoot fall 2026 for one week. The fall colors will just add to that beauty.
WHY NOW?
Gen Z wants original films and TV! We want to see ourselves depicted accurately, and who better to do that than us? This show is made by Gen Z for Gen Z. It’s honest to the realities we all face as adults but it never forgets it’s 2026.
WHY FRIENDS, SEX & ALTITUDE?
I grew up on Sex and the City, falling in love with the glamour of adulthood. Now 24, I know life isn’t just hot boyfriends and Manolo Blahniks. Friends, Sex & Altitude is the show for people who loved Carrie’s style, Samantha’s independence, Charlotte’s innocence, and well no one is quite that cynical yet to be a Miranda. It’s has the Gen Z relatability of a show like I Love LA. Friends, Sex & Altitude promises to be funny, heart warming and glamourous.
MEET THE CHARACTERS
Clover, 23, yoga teacher, stylish, slightly self conscious, is the people pleaser of the group. Clover has good intentions, but because she is always trying to help her friends, she will forget about what’s right in front of her. Clover trys to always be there in an instant when any of her friends need something.

Vivianne, 27, posh, Swedish housewife. She is an unlikely but unforgettable part of the group. Her character starts off dependent on the structures around her but soon they collapse and she is given the challenge to rise to the occasion and become the woman she truly wants to be.

Sabrina, 23, daddies girl, innocent, beautiful, sweet. Charlotte York type. During the course of the season Sabrina begins to finally gain true independence. She starts off as a daddies girl that doesn’t have to worry about a thing and becomes a woman capable of making the right decisions for her.

Evan, 25, gay, funny. Evan is truly the life of the party and always keeps things lively. Whether it’s a hang out at Clover’s or a night at the bar. It wouldn’t be the same without Evan, and he knows it too.

Lola, 24, ski instructor, chill girls’ girl, outdoorsy. Lola drifts in and out of the friend group during the season, largly because of her connection to James, Vivianne’s Husband. Lola works at the ski area James’s dad owns.

Noah, 25, Clover’s boyfriend but he is also the audiences boyfriend. He’s sweet, charming, often Clover’s personal bartender before nights out. He’s everything you could want in a boyfriend, strong, protective but tender and understanding when needed. Noah is very patient with Clover despite her inability to see him at times.

James, 30, Vivianne’s husband, posh, rich kid, his father owns the ski area Lola works at as a ski instructor. Cold, manipulative, party boy type. He fell in love with the idea of Vivianne, not her.

Miles, 23, Sabrina’s eventual boyfriend and the boy who knocks her up. He is sweet, goofy, and a little socially awkward. Mason Gooding type.
