The Story

"Goodnight, Mr. Stone" is about being faced with the opportunity to see things differently and what we do to instead cling to what’s comfortable. It deals with queerness being buried beneath fear, comfortable obsession, and excuses being made to oneself.
The film follows Sebas, a young homophobe in the closet, who stalks a house where his favorite actor, Jorge Stone, lives. When Sebas gets his chance to break into the house, he uncovers a secret that completely upends his totally straight life.

We are a tight team of 20-something filmmakers from various backgrounds including Cinematography, Gaffing, Producing, Directing, Writing, and Editing who want nothing more than to tell human stories. We all met while pursing film degrees from various LA film schools, and are united by a singular vision: To tell fresh stories using Film as a medium.

Queer Cinema has been around much longer than most recognize. For the past 60 years, Queer stories have been slowly brought into the mainstream. From classics like William Friedkin's 1970 film "The Boys In The Band" to modern masterpieces like Barry Jenkin's 2016 "Moonlight" which won 2 Oscars including Best Picture.
"Goodnight, Mr. Stone" continues this legacy of queer filmmaking with a dark twist and a crime-oriented story structure. Sebas' struggle with identity
