The Story
Brought up through the chaos of the traveling circus, Jacob Chase began stealing in every city to make some extra cash... and for the rush. Every theft needed to be bigger than the last. Pulling off ridiculous heists even the Louvre thieves would gawk at, he and his partner became the notorious Red Bandits and rose to Interpol's most wanted. One day, they stole from an old treasure hunter and discovered their next prize... the Lost Diadem of Cleopatra.
Happy Hour places them right in the middle of this adventure...
Synopsis: Chase shows up to a bar in Morocco, Diadem in hand. He's distracted by the beautiful Sabrina. They hit it off and solve the next clue. Her boyfriend, Essex, and his band of goons storm in and a good old-fashioned bar brawl breaks out. The Big Bad, Darius, enters the bar and demands they hand over the Diadem. Darius uses the powers of the treasure to manipulate Essex. Sabrina is held at gunpoint. Chase has to decide... The Diadem or the damsel?
It's first grade. Halloween. The kids are out for recess wearing every costume you can imagine. Little Jake Pizza marches onto the playground decked out as Indiana Jones. Prior to the release of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, none of the other kids got the reference. No problem. I told them the story of the rugged adventurer and within minutes I was being chased by a hundred mini Nazis, all of them excited to play along.
Today, I'm still obsessed with stories and dragging my friends into the mix. My dream is to tell stories that connect people to something deep within. To tackle life's toughest questions. Capture the heart of humanity. Provide hope for a better world. Wink at something bigger than us. And pack it all into an epic, blockbuster adventure.
So now you know about who we are and what we're aiming to accomplish. Let us fill you in on how YOU can play your part!
First, GIVE.
We're raising $10k to bring this dream to life. We've done everything we can to budget responsibly and lower cost as much as possible. Our budget is going toward the absolute necessities to excel with this production and we can't do it without you.
We'll be raising money for:
Location: after countless hours of searching, we've found a budget friendly place that brings the story to life.
Meals: our crew is working for free out of the goodness of their hearts! We're gonna feed them well.
Props: being an action/treasure film, props are a huge piece of the puzzle.
Equipment: the goal is to make this look like 15 minutes out of your favorite blockbuster, so professional gear is of vital importance. We're saving money by having a lot of the gear already, but there are some key pieces we still need.
Set Design: it's gonna look awesome.
Distribution: we want folks to see it! We'll be submitting to festivals around the globe to help us turn this story into something even bigger.
We're on a mission to give the next generation their favorite Halloween costume. This is only possible if you dive in and donate. I dare you to make the jump ;)

Our team is full of dreamers and doers. We're professionals who are dedicated to our craft and chasing the fire welling up within us. We've built a network of friends who believe in one another. When one of us has a project brewing, we do everything we can to rally around that person and stoke the flame. This project is no different.
