The Story
WELCOME TO XPHILYIS
Our Story begins in the fantastical realm of Xphilyis. Home to the Humans, the Draconians, and unfathomable monsters. This world of mystique and intrigue is powered by a force known as Spirit. Spirit is the supernatural energy that connects all life in the realm and fuels the forces of Conflict and Resolution. Creation and Destruction. Disillusion and Conviction. Light... and the Darkness. For the denizens of this realm Spirit is at the heart of everything. And no one understands that more than the Draco's... the only beings in the realm capable of summoning spirit innately from within. A direct result of what the humans believe to be a an unholy folly on behalf of their race, Draconians (unlike other races) don't need to rely on external means to manipulate the spirit of the realm. They produce it on their own. And here is where we find the heart of our story.
MEET INFINITY
Infinity was raised & socialized as a a Human, and taught to believe that the Draconians were the worst beings in all the realm. A cursed people meant to roam the world forever, in penance for their crimes against mankind. Hated by all, persecuted by terrorists like the infamous Blackblood society, this was the fate of those who carried the blood of Draco’s. And Infinity is above all of that.
That is until he discovers that his Mother, The high priestess of the Blackblood Society, has hid his Draconian heritage from him his entire life, sealing away his powers in an ancient talisman. Knowing he must escape her, Infinity flees his old life and starts anew at the Phenistoire College for Draco’s.
It is here that he will learn to be a protector of his realm, and discover that being Draconian is much more complex, than he was ever told. Coming to terms with his identity as a Draco, and as a Hero will not be easy. But with help from his new friends, the dean of the college, and a very unlikely romance, Infinity will rise to meet the odds stacked against him and save the people of his realm from themselves.

The Goldies are Infinity's new Denmates, and soon to be best friends. They help him learn the ins and outs of being a Draco and honing his abilities to become a Luminary: A defender of the realm. You'll find our Character Comp Sheets below:

WHY WE BELIEVE IN INFINITY
Infinity Drayman at his core is like so many of us. More powerful than we could ever Imagine, but terrified into submission by the forces around us conspiring to ensure we stay weak and divided. Everyone wants to believe they can be the hero of their own story. We’re striving to succeed, to rescue, to fall in love, or to find our purpose. And for many of us that purpose is to slay the dragon, master our magic, defy gravity, and overcome any evils that stand in our way.
However, If you’re a person of color, a Queer person, a disabled person, a Woman… you seldom see authentic depictions of yourself as the fearless knight, the Princess of a forgotten realm or the bewitching sorceress with a checkered past. The sad truth is that despite the magic we make, many minority groups are not reflected in the speculative fiction spaces of media. I say, To HELL with that. As a black queer man. I grew weary, seeing the same kinds of people getting the spotlight in fantasy and sci-Fi… So I went ahead and made a story for us.
Based on themes of Community, Identity, Valor and Humanity... "Infinity Rising" challenges listeners to be unafraid to unlock their most powerful sel. And it reminds us that that power is inherit within us all.
HOW WE GET TO XPHILYIS
If you’ve been craving a story that unapologetically centers people of color, queer folk, and those who have notoriously been excluded from the magical conversation, then Rise with Infinity as he and his friends fight monsters, discover new powers, and raise hell against the tyrannical forces that seek to destroy their world. Our draconian crew is pushing ahead through records on track for a Fall 2026 Release!
During this time YOUR SUPPORT IS CRUCIAL. The proceeds generated from this campaign will go towards the launching of our visual development artists who will be aiding us in the generation of supplementary content for us to market this show to you, the audience! The funding we receive goes directly to our artists who will create pieces shared back to our listeners so donating (especially early on) will help us to make the best visual content to share. That art will start being rolled out shortly after the announcement of our release date so stay tuned and tell everyone the good news! Infinity is Rising! And our Audio Drama is coming very soon.

About This Team
The Infinity Rising Production Team is a small but mighty crew of artists that are not only helping to bring this story to life with their incredible voices, but they are working hard to produce all aspects of the Audio Drama. For all of us, this will be our first time creating in this medium but we're all excited about the challenge and the opportunity to tell a great story in a unique way. This team is all heart and all soul and is sure to bring together a phenomenal auditory experience for listeners.
