The Story

Keepsake follows Lily as she returns home to get a divorce from her increasingly estranged husband, Mark. She discovers that he has built a device which transports them back to their happiest memory together.
Mark offers Lily the chance to escape their dreary lives and live out their days in this idyllic past. But when Lily tries to make him see their unfortunate reality, the memory world begins to malfunction. As they become absorbed in the memory, Lily must find a way to save herself and her future.

Production for Keepsake went even better than we even imagined when we shot in and around New Orleans last December. Our cast and crew braved the cold days and captured some beautiful material with a limited window of daylight. We really got our dream team choices for both cast and crew and we are excited to share the fruits of their labor!
We have an equally exciting post-production team lined up and we've been working with our editor to put together the cut of the film. It has been such a joy to see our team's work come together and I am thrilled with the film we've made. We have begun look tests with our visual effects supervisor which are looking terrific, and we have a star-studded team lined up to handle the sound design/mix, color grade, and original score. Once completed, we will begin submitting to film festivals worldwide to screen in 2025. We can't wait for you to see it!

We are raising $10,000 to cover the cost of post-production. This budget will provide for the edit, sound design and mix, coloring, score, visual effects, film festival submission fees and marketing materials. All of which are essential in creating and sharing the fantastical world of Keepsake. We are aiming to complete post-production by November to submit to festivals worldwide in 2025.

Independent filmmaking is only possible with the support from a passionate audience.
