The Story

ABOUT THE FILM:

Melody is a 10-minute short horror film about a young girl that must mature years beyond her own in order to care for her dying grandfather and tend to his desolate ranch. Young Melody's isolated world is unearthed when a group of chaos junkies wreaks havoc on everything she holds dear. In bloody fashion, she seeks revenge for what has been taken from her.

WHY THIS FILM?

The concept for Melody came from Sarah’s passion for horror films and using the genre to tell unique and engaging stories about society, surpassing the basic problematic tropes of the genre.
