READY FOR SEASON 2?
There's a war going on in the urban jungle. It's a fight for survival. The world hardly ever gets an accurate view through the lens of the media. "Money & Violence" serves as a fly-on-the-wall to grant the viewer safe entry into a dangerous world where survival and responsibility are one. It is a candid peek into the lives and minds of those who society would label as the bad guy. This web series was cultivated on pure ambition and determination. With no background in film, Moise Verneau led a group of friends to put together a 26 episode first season of "Money & Violence". The cast had no acting experience. Moise had never stepped foot behind a camera before, nor had he any directing experience. His editing skills were learned through the viewing of YouTube tutorials as the project went along. Regardless of these factors, this group of people have been able to put together a successful project that has gained over 20 million views on YouTube, been featured on the Fox5 evening news, and recognized by this year's TriBeCa Film Festival's Now Program, amongst many other acknowledgements. This project serves as living proof that one can do anything that they set their mind to. With an intertwining storyline and a serious take on current events, "Money & Violence" was able to captivate an audience of millions. Within each episode lies a hidden message that resonates with our core values as human beings. The first season has created a huge demand for Season 2.
One of the most asked questions through emails and social media is, "When will Season 2 premiere?" The entire first season was done out of pocket. What we are now asking is for your help to make Season 2 a reality. This will allow us to keep complete creative control and keep the series true to what has allowed it to gain its following.

About This Team

Moise Verneau- Rafe
@Cloud9tv_
Writer, Director, Editor, Actor (Rafe) is a Brooklyn-based, self-taught filmmaker. Born in Brooklyn, Moe spent time in Haiti and NY during the crack era on one of the most notorious strips of concrete in Flatbush. Riddled with drugs and crime, Argyle Road was a hard reality check on how cold the world can be. During hip hop's creative pinnacle, he formed a rap group and record label and sold thousands of units independently. Moe also has two novels awaiting publication; both of which are inspired by true events from his life. He is a literal Jack-of-all-trades who through his project hopes to use his talents to bring to the world a better understanding of not only the the "who's" and the "what's" of these events, but also the "why's", in what some would refer to as the gutter.

Ray Guercy- Miz
@RAY_DAY9
Ray Guercy is one fourth of the novice team behind Cloud9 TV, the production/web company that produces the hit online series "Money & Violence," and co-star of the series. His character Miz leads the show's narrative as a loyal and dangerous stickup artist. After losing his father, who was shot due to violence stemming from Haiti's 1991 coup d'etat of then president Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Ray emigrated to the United States with his mother. Through his tough exterior, Ray has been able to solidify the character of Miz on the show. Fans can see the depth and levels that go into playing him with each episode.

Ace General- Kane
@Ace_General_
Ace General was born in Miami, Florida but was raised in New York. Ace General is looking forward to Season 2 as Kane. @DUDOLLAZ
Du was born and grew up in Far Rockaway, Queens. Being a man of many talents, Du plays Shane on the series along with helping with camera work. With the character of Shane, Du hopes to bring the world a candid peak into the inner workings of the streets of Brooklyn.
