The Story
We’ve filmed the movie—now we need your help to finish it! Nowhere Good is a gripping, high-stakes thriller about revenge, survival, and the cost of past mistakes, starring Kim Rhodes (Supernatural, Criminal Minds, Suite Life of Zack & Cody) and Jacob A. Ware (Fallout, Law & Order, Boardwalk Empire). We are excited to bring you a story where the lead is a strong female in her 50s - a rarity in the industry - as well as a film that is reminiscent of grifter movies of the past, such as The Color of Money, The Sting, and American Hustle.
With production wrapped, we’re raising funds for post-production—editing, sound design, color correction, and festival submissions—to bring this film to life. Every dollar helps us craft the most compelling version of Nowhere Good and share it with the world. We anticipate completion of post-production by the end of summer. Once we have a finished product, we plan to have a special screening at a local theater with a reception afterwards for our larger supporters. We will also submit the film to numerous film festivals, where they can be enjoyed by audiences everywhere.

Bryant Carroll – Director & Producer
Bryant is the creative force steering Nowhere Good. A professional actor and seasoned filmmaker, his recent film credits include Lost & Found in Cleveland (with Martin Sheen), Nutcrackers (with Ben Stiller), and A Man Called Otto (with Tom Hanks). His work can be seen on Showtime, HBO, Hulu, Disney, AppleTV, Amazon, Netflix, NBC, ABC, and CBS. He's the real deal—and we're so lucky he's telling this story.
Rosy Hong – Actor, Executive Producer
A powerhouse both on-screen and behind the scenes, Rosy brings heart, grit, and vision to Nowhere Good. As an executive producer and key cast member, her fingerprints are on every frame of this film.
Patrick Lafferty – Actor, Editor
Patrick wears two hats and rocks them both. Not only is he bringing a compelling character to life, he’s also shaping the story in post-production as our editor. Talk about talent.
