The Story

Chico is a long way from home...
He’s been betrayed by his crew, beaten to Hell, dumped in a river, and left for dead. When he finally wakes up, he finds he is in an unknown world that’s at war with itself. Strange groups of masked soldiers, forest-dwelling child militias, and a mysterious pack of murderous Wolves are all hunting after the same thing: Chico.

Chico joins up with a traveling band of punker orphans. With their help, he makes a run for the last stronghold in existence on a long-shot gamble that someone there can get him home… if his home even exists anymore, that is, and if he doesn’t get himself killed first.

Our approach to making ONE LAST ONE is a mixture of our team’s collaborative histories together in film, music, and theater. Those three art-forms are how we all met, and those are the mediums that we draw from in our work.

We devise, revise, and rehearse via the techniques and practices that we've learned in 10+ years of Immersive Theater. We apply that Immersive process to our down-and-dirty DIY style of Independent Filmmaking. And our method of filmmaking is rooted in the ethos and All-For-One/One-For-All attitude that we grew up on in Punk Rock.

There is a collective collaborative drive and "We're getting the band back together!" type-vibe at the core of what we do, and it serves as our guiding principal for the work we make together.

With your support, we'll be able to get through the expensive processes of pre-production and production including costs for Cast, Crew, Locations, Equipment, Transportation, Lodging, and a myriad of Production Elements both on-screen and off-screen.
Each stage of the project can get quite costly when dealing with a feature-length film, especially a truly independently produced feature. That’s why every single contribution counts and really adds-up.

We cannot make this project happen without all of your belief and kind support. So -- from the whole team of ONE LAST ONE -- Thank YOU for making this film a reality!
