In addition to being a filmmaker, Smith is a film studies professor, historian and author with 10+ years of teaching experience. Anyone who contributes $150 to the campaign has the option of receving a Microbudget Film Production Masterclass with Producer Layne Marie Williams and Writer/Director Michael Glover Smith. We have produced short and feature-length independent films that have won awards at film festivals across the U.S. and received distribution.
