BREAKING NEWS: Official selection of the Duplass Brothers from the Seed & Spark Patron Circle!
If you're anything like us, you're burnt out and frustrated by the current Hollywood system. Between the strikes, the industry shuffle, and the 37th Marvel movie, it's HARD for the emerging creative right now, especially Black and Brown and queer creatives. We've been thinking and there's another way.... it's time to ask for forgiveness, not permission. How about we MAKE the films and support each other, collectively greenlighting ourselves. Here's to the independent creative voice. That being said......

Join us on the Road to Savage Season, step in to support an independent film movement, and meet your Inner Child.
STRETCH GOALS
Our $25,000 goal is the bare minimum needed to get the film made at a production quality everyone involved can be proud of and avoid exploiting the work of all production members.
- If we raise $28,000, we'll be able to have full contingency funds in place should anything go wrong.
- If we raise $30,000, we'll be able to cover our festival, distribution, travel and promotional costs for completing and getting the film into the world and in front of a wider audience. We will also be able to cover higher end post-production costs with sound, coloring, and music.
- If we raise $35,000, we'll be able to pay our our team more respectable day rates, as they are all working for far below average - also out of passion for the project and its message.

Paying Our Crew
Costs $10,000
We will pay our crew at SAG scale, and from the cinematographer and 1st AD to the gaffer, we would like to take good care of them.
Equipment Costs
Costs $5,000
We intend to shoot the film at the highest quality, and it costs to rent the camera, lighting equipment, and sound. An essential cost.
Location Costs
Costs $2,000
The two-night shoot will require permits at a Rite Aid pharmacy in Los Angeles. We will transform it into a nighttime set for the cast!
Post-Production Costs
Costs $6,000
From sound mixing to coloring and editing the film and creating the film poster (!), post-production is essential to the finished product.
Festival Submission Fees
Costs $1,500
Festival Submissions require fees- from Tribeca to SXSW + Berlinale, the fees can add up. Help us bring the film to the big screen globally!
Contingency
Costs $500
With every film set comes unexpected obstacles, and this is why we plan ahead. Help us keep the set running smoothly during production.
