Schmestivals!

Now, we are seeking funding to enter SCHMENDRICK into film festivals in Oregon, California, Washington, and selected other locations around the U.S. so that more people can enjoy it. We're also hoping that being on the festival circuit will enable the film to attract interest and financial support to enable us to produce the remaining seven episodes in what we envision as a mini-series.

Some of the festivals we plan on entering are the Ashland Independent Film Festival, Portland Film Festival, Hollywood Shorts Fest, Santa Fe International Film Festival, Seattle Indie Fest, Oregon Independent Film Festival, Hollywood Comedy Shorts, LA Shorts International Film Festival, and many more!

Go, Team Schmendrick!

Here's where you come in. Can you make a pledge - of any amount - to support the next steps for SCHMENDRICK?

Your pledges will help us pay for:

  • Entry fees to at least 25 film festivals
  • Travel expenses to a few of the festivals
  • Supporting materials such as a film poster, website, and other promotional items
