Mission Statement
The Story
Clara is an earth witch on the outskirts of a small town in 1920 rural America. She helps women through all stages of reproductive care. One day, a local woman’s husband finds Clara’s herbal cure for an unwanted pregnancy. When he sets out on a witch hunt, Clara may have helped for the last time.

Spanning 1920, 1970 and modern day-the witch hunt is on, but the fight for reproductive rights survives.

WHY NOW:
Tired of feeling without the power to change the world around me, I wrote Seasons of the Witch to both mirror the fear of our modern world where women have increasingly less control over their own choices and bodies, but also the community and power women have when they come together. Clara and her mission to help women endures time and this film is a piece of my rebellion. I'll hope you'll join me in supporting creating change.
BUILDING OUR 1920 WORLD:
This film uses magical realism to tell our witch tale. To give the 1920 timeline the "realism" it needs, we need funding for period wardrobe and our amazing witch's cabin in the Hudson Valley, NY.

Meet the characters:
