With cameras rolling everywhere and the current space of social media, being in the wrong place at the wrong time can have horrible consequences for ordinary people. 'The Uncredited' brings the horror of this reality to Isabel as she sits down with her friends to watch a movie she appeared in.

Mission Statement

We believe in storytelling that puts CHARACTERS FIRST! If the characters hold strong POV's, their stories will flow naturally. The terror in this film comes from the unique perspectives of the group realizing one of their friends might be something they’re not...

The Story

Isabel is forced to sit down with her friends and watch a found footage slasher film she was in as a teenager. Everything is going fine, until Logan points out something strange in the background of Isabel's interview...

A dying man laying against a building in an open alleyway, bleeding badly from his throat.

Praising it as a brilliant prop, Logan commends the filmmakers for being so detailed with their choices! Isabel tenses up as he prys her with a series of 'film geek' questions.

The movie night ends and Isabel and Danny fall asleep shortly after everyone heads home.

Hours go by and Danny is woken up by his phone ringing, it's Logan...he's got some info on the film they just watched.

This is a Horror Film made for the current state of the world. We hope to capture and showcase the lead-up to a specific moment where distrust and fear can spread through even the smallest of friend groups. With cameras rolling everywhere and the current space of social media, lives are changed every day. Judgements are made through persuasive articles to the point where relationships can be destroyed at the whims of an opinionated platform.

We feel this film will leave people wondering...Who would I believe? What happens to the individual if I choose the wrong side?

We understand that during the current climate of the world with COVID-19 and the uncertainty surrounding the film industry, now might seem like an odd time to crowdfund and make a film.

However with 'The Uncredited' our goal is to film in the safest environment possible. We're aiming for April to be our shooting date but we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting accordingly.

We'll have PPE gear readily accessible and mandating masks and social distancing on set. Although of course if needed we will push back our shooting date.

The safety of our cast and crew is our top priority.

'The Uncredited' is in pre-production. We're ready to start securing shooting locations, equipment, cast and crew etc but we need to hit our funding goal in order to get the ball rolling.

Our end goal is to tour the festival circuit seeking a distribution deal, with the hopes of being picked up by a streaming platform.

We are so excited to make this film, and can't thank you enough for your support!
