We've all got dreams. This song is a tribute to the euphoria you feel before embarking on that journey. Young people today need to be told that they can do anything they put their mind to. As we are about to set sail on a new journey after college in a post-pandemic world, any support is appreciated

Mission Statement

Theatrical Productions are absolutely thrilling to watch. However, it is not easily accessible to those who cannot afford to attend. By making UNSTOPPABLE: The Music Video, I believe we can continue the conversation about making theater more accessible by providing the same experience via video!

The Story

THE STORY:

In a world, not so different from our own, lies a magical land inhabited by many creatures. Magic is a tool, an art, and a practice. In the small town of Gecket, lived two best friends, Ghost, and Arine. As they begin their coming of age journey at the annual Harvestspell.  This is the “I Want” song of the musical.

WHY THIS STORY:

We've all got dreams. This has been my dream since I started writing stories at an extremely young age! (The first play I wrote was about a family friend's farm. {Looking at you, Caca!}. I wrote it during a swim meet in an orange composition notebook when I was 7!). This story has characters I've been creating since middle school, and they're basically my imaginary children. My characters are relatable to a variety of people, and some are even inspired by people in my own life. This story is important now because it was inspired by not only feeling out of place and unwelcome at a new school, but it also was birthed during the pandemic- when many of my friends were struggling to come to terms with milestones- like graduation and starting college or a new job- not happening as planned. I believe we're at a time where we can look back on such a... strange... time in our lives and celebrate why we do the things we love in the first place.

OUR WORLD:

In the magical world where UNSTOPPABLE lives, we can find many familiar places; places you've probably seen in other fantasy worlds. In our world, we have different races, beliefs, and practices that show a variety of cultures. Visually speaking, you can see some of what we're thinking in the picture below.

MEET THE CAST:

ANNALISE ALLEN is GHOST

ALYSSA COLLIER is ARINE

THE FUTURE:

UNSTOPPABLE: The Music Video is just one of many songs in UNSTOPPABLE: The Musical. By creating this music video, we are able to explore the world, the characters, the design, and the music even more before doing a bigger production next year!
