Arthur has given up. He's never found love, he doesn't talk to his mother, he doesn't even pay his phone bill. His life is devoid of meaning, and he has four hours to fix that or he is going to literally explode. YAGTE is a dark comedy about depression, human connection, and spontaneous combustion.

Story
Mission Statement
Our production is dedicated to inclusive employment and equal pay for equal work. We are committed to having a diverse cast and crew and to tell a story that connects people rather than alienating them.About The Project
The Film
"The life you save may be your own."
- Flannery O'Connor
This story is about finding your own self-worth when it feels like the universe is telling you that you may as well give up. We want to make a film about a man who is forced to grapple with his own apathy and hopelessness in order to save his life. We aim to make something that is both hilarious and heartbreaking, something that you can watch multiple times and take something new away after each viewing. We need films that challenge the status quo and tackles issues so many of us deal with. Using a surreal premise to explore very real themes will hopefully result in both an entertaining ride and a moving, relatable cinematic experience.
Production will be the weekend after the 4th of July in Los Angeles, CA. We want to involve our supporters as much as we can and create a community that uplifts and supports underrepresented voices in front of and behind the camera. We so hope you'll join us.
