Miami, Florida
Amalia May Valle is an actress and writer from Miami, Florida. After graduating, Amalia moved to New York City, where she studied both acting and screenwriting.
In 2016, she filmed the web series “Without a Hitch”, which she wrote, produced and acted in, alongside legendary Peruvian actress, Teresa Yenque. “Without a Hitch” is a comedy about two competitive friends who make a ridiculous bet to make light of the pressures they face as young women from traditional families.

Amalia’s TV pilot, “Strip Mom”, was a recent finalist at the Austin Film Festival Pitch Competition and was selected as a Semifinalist in the Screencraft TV Pilot Competition. Amalia is currently polishing “Strip Mom”, working under an advisor at the Sundance Institute.
Amalia recently moved back to Miami and is thrilled to be part of a film that will be filmed on location in her hometown.
