NANO Pictures originated in 2005 as the YouTube sketch comedy channel, NANOshorts. After successfully producing their first feature film, Frazier Park Recut (2017), NANOshorts rebranded their company as NANO Pictures, with the new focus on producing feature length films, instead of shorts. Willie, Jamaley & the Cacacoon will be the second feature film under NANO Pictures and the first project ever to be crowdfunded by NANO.
