Shuffling the Deck is set in Las Vegas, Nevada and it focuses on these four men who are a group of magicians known as the Four Kings. Together they wow audiences with their magic at the House of Cards, the theater they perform at. What people don't know is these four men are actually mafia dons who rule over Las Vegas' criminal underground. On top of that, there is these cops who are always trying to get them arrested but they can never prove it.

The whole idea is every character in this series is based on a card in a deck, so the cops are the Jokers, the kings all have wives who are the Queens, they all have kids who are the Jacks, there's a lawyer who's the Ace of Spades, etc. The series was inspired by the film franchise Now You See Me, my brain when watching these movies was like "What if we did that, but with cards and mafia?" We plan on uploading this series to YouTube because I'd rather not get canceled out of the blue because a suit in charge of a streaming service or TV network said so.

Clyde Clarke, The King of Clubs: Clyde is a man known for his leadership as well as his fighting skills. He's always thinking of the bigger picture, planning crimes and shows ahead of time. He's not that great at details though, which is probably why he tends to turn to Spencer for help. He just knows the spots that would be best to hit. He can be headstrong and aggressive at times but when it comes to giving orders and intimidation, Clyde's the King of Clubs for a reason.

Dirk Dixon, The King of Diamonds: Dirk only cares about one thing when it comes to both magic and crime: the money! He's always trying everything in his power to make the Diamonds and himself richer. He is headstrong, selfish, and has a gambling addiction but he also has a lot of business knowledge and it comes in handy when it's needed, being a businessman himself. All in all, he's a guy that loves rolling in the dough and reveling in luxury.

Hector Hernandez, The King of Hearts: Hector is probably the kindest of the four. He's very generous with his cut of the money from the scores, and he lives by a code to only kill when absolutely necessary. He sees crime as his way of helping people, for he can not only help himself financially but also other people. He's a kind, sweet, generous man, but don't take that to mean he's a pushover. He will gut you like a fish if you hurt someone he cares about.

Spencer Sparks, The King of Spades: Spencer is the brains out of the Four Kings, always coming up with a new idea for a trick that'll wow the audience. He cares deeply about intellect when it comes to those he lets into the Spades. He is professional, highly motivated, creative, confident, a bit of an artist, and has a bit of a short temper. He always relies on a strategy to get the group out of tricky situations.

Indie animation is at a point where it's finally starting to get taken seriously. From Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss getting onto Amazon Prime to The Amazing Digital Circus' finale getting a theatrical release, the public is giving indie a chance. There may not be a better time than right now to make this show happen. As someone who grew up watching and loving animation, I have never been more hopeful for the stories we can tell.

So far, we have 3 episodes of the series written out and a handful of lines recorded for the pilot. That's not a lot I know, but the more we make, the more episodes we can put into production. We're aiming to have a 4-season show with 15 22-25 minute episodes per season. The money we make here would go into the production of the show.

Now, the goal we have set up would cover the pilot alone! We don't want to skimp on anything, we want this series to look, sound, and feel as good as possible!
